Information Desk

The Information Desk is a source for local and campus information. It is also the place where you can get change, rent video or pool game equipment and find your lost items.

Birthday/Special Occasion Packages:

Order a cake, flowers or a balloon bouquet and have them delivered to that special "on-campus" person.

Package 1: (cake (serves 20), utensils, balloon bouquet) $25

Bus Schedules
The Information Desk has Waukesha Metro bus schedules for Waukesha routes. We also have information on travel to downtown Milwaukee via Wisconsin Coach lines.

Guidelines for Temporary Overnight Parking
You can obtain an overnight permit for $1 per night charge for parking in the Otteson Lot from the Information Desk.

Drop Off / Pick Up:
Papers/items can be dropped off for other students or staff to pick up. Items are kept in a secure cabinet. If items are not picked up within 30 days they will be returned to the owner.

Equipment Rental:
With a valid Carroll ID, you may check out pool equipment or darts at the Information Desk. Charges are based on length of time of usage at 3 cents per minute.

Video Rentals:
The Campus Center Information Desk now rents some of the latest videos for your enjoyment. With a valid Carroll College Student ID, you can rent your favorite VHS or DVD for only $1.00, tax included. Videos must be returned by 6:00pm the following day. Stop by the Info Desk during your next study break and rent a video!

Lost and Found:
Pick up your lost items at the all campus lost & found. Drop off any found items at the Information Desk also!
